Dahyami G. Castro
Medical Assistant & Esthetician
Dahyami Castro brings a unique blend of medical and aesthetic expertise to the team. With a background in dermatology, aesthetics, and phlebotomy, she thrives in supporting patients through their care journey and working behind the scenes to ensure things run smoothly. Though she originally pursued zoology, her path led her to skincare—a field she’s passionate about and continues to grow in.
As a certified medical assistant and esthetician, Dahyami’s approach to care is grounded in empathy, teamwork, and a desire to help others feel their best. Outside of work, she’s a busy mom who loves being outdoors, staying active, and catching a good baseball game. Ever-curious and motivated, she’s always open to learning and personal growth—maybe even going back to school soon!
Lauren Curley
Medical Assistant
Lauren Curley brings a unique career journey to her role as a Medical Assistant, transitioning from over five years in the aviation industry to the healthcare field. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma (2015) and is currently completing prerequisites for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, intending to become a Registered Nurse.
Lauren is actively involved in professional and community organizations, serving as Philanthropy Chair for the National Panhellenic Council – Denver Area Panhellenic, Panhellenic Delegate for Alpha Omicron Pi’s Alumnae Chapter, and Assistant Recruitment Advisor for the Alpha Omicron Pi – Epsilon Gamma Chapter. She is also a member of the Mile High Chapter of Women in Aviation International and Phi Beta Kappa.
Known for her drive, adaptability, and patient-centered mindset, Lauren is passionate about growing her skills in clinical care. Outside of work, she’s training for her first half-marathon and enjoys reading, gardening, traveling with her husband, and walking their two dogs, Norman and Walter.
Lia Moon
Medical Assistant
With a background that bridges science and patient care, Lia Moon brings both knowledge and compassion to her role as a Medical Assistant at Beyond Skin Dermatology. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience and has hands-on experience in both pharmacy (3+ years) and dermatology (nearly 3 years)—a combination that gives her a unique perspective on understanding treatment plans and supporting patient wellness.
Lia is known for her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to help patients feel at ease during their visits. She thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and finds fulfillment in contributing to every patient’s skincare journey.
Outside the clinic, Lia enjoys running, journaling, pilates, and traveling, finding balance and inspiration in exploring new places and staying active. Always curious and eager to learn, she continues to grow her skills in both the clinical and aesthetic sides of dermatology.
Perla Robbins
Reception & Administrative Support Specialist
With over a decade of experience in administrative and clinical support roles, Perla Robbins brings unmatched versatility and warmth to her role. Certified as a Dental Assistant and licensed in Locomotive Engineering, her professional journey spans dental offices, administrative roles, and even technical engineering, showcasing her adaptability and dedication to learning.
Perla is deeply rooted in compassion, organization, and teamwork—key attributes that make her a cornerstone of front desk operations. Outside the office, she’s an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, and scenic drives. A creative at heart, she finds joy in crafts, cooking, and spending quality time with her children and family.
Maryam Alshaikhli

Maryam Alshaikhli is a highly organized administrative professional with over four years of experience in supporting office operations and enhancing team efficiency. With a General Education Associate Degree, she brings strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills to her role.
Maryam is known for her calm, meticulous nature and her dedication to ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, cooking, decorating, and traveling—activities that reflect her creative spirit and curiosity for the world.
Richelle Belingon
Patient Services Administrator
Richelle Belingon is a seasoned administrative professional with a global background in healthcare, education, customer service, and hospitality. She brings over 15 years of diverse experience, including roles as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, university instructor, and guest service officer in Singapore.
Richelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Santo Tomas (2007) and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Centro Escolar University. She is also a proud member of the Nutritionist Dietitian Association of the Philippines.
Her love for photography and travel has taken her across the Philippines and Asia, enriching her worldview and storytelling through visual arts. A creative soul and lifelong learner, Richelle combines clinical knowledge, empathy, and artistry in everything she does.
Grena Krysta Lhar Guan
Patient Services Administrator
Grena Krysta Lhar Guan is a nursing professional turned healthcare virtual assistant, with experience in both clinical and administrative settings. Before joining Beyond Skin Dermatology, she worked as an ICU nurse and now provides virtual administrative support, focusing on patient communication, appointment coordination, and clinic efficiency.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2022 and is a member of the Philippine Nurses Association. Grena holds certifications in HIPAA, Critical Care, ACLS, and Basic Life Support, among others, reflecting her dedication to quality care and patient safety.
Passionate about meaningful moments, Grena enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, and creating memories with her loved ones (especially her dog!). Her warm, approachable nature and clinical background make her a trusted presence for both patients and team members.
Trishia Camanzo
Patient Services & Medication Access Coordinator
Trishia Camanzo brings an exceptional combination of clinical pharmacy expertise and virtual healthcare experience to her role at Beyond Skin Dermatology. Before joining the team, she worked as a Clinical Pharmacist in a tertiary hospital for two years, then transitioned into healthcare virtual assistance in 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of the Immaculate Conception (2022) and holds a Clinical Pharmacy certificate (2024).
Trishia is HIPAA certified and an active member of the Philippine Pharmacists Association, reflecting her commitment to ethical and professional care. Known for her precision, adaptability, and patient-first mindset, she plays a vital role in coordinating patient services and ensuring efficient and compassionate access to medication.
Outside of work, Trishia enjoys sketching, painting, scrapbooking, reading, and watching movies, as well as spending time with her three beloved dogs. Her creativity and empathy shine through in everything she does—both inside and outside the clinic.
